About Us

Chef Tracie & my lil Sous Chef Spencer (my daughter)

Hello, I am Chef Tracie, former owner of Trayseamade Chef Services, my passion for cooking came at an early age in the kitchen with my mom. I loved watching her cook for us as a child. She always had passion and love for every dish she made. Passion for food runs deep in my family, and goes back to my grandmother who was a master cake maker. It was in that kitchen when I was young, that I discovered my calling and love of cooking. I completed my culinary training at Lincoln Culinary Institute and got my first restaurant experience by working at several high-end resorts and catering companies that specialized in innovative high-end dining. Watching and learning from others, I combined my love for food and my artistic eye for detail and a "Culinary Artist" was born. As a single mom to a special needs' adult son, and a young daughter whos a little Cancer Warrior (featured on the right) I am always in the kitchen fixing meals and treats for them. When I realized that I needed to cater to a larger audience, to share my love of food with the rest of the world, a new business was born. I now offer seasonal fresh food, with lots of flavor that is as appealing to the eye as it is delicious to the tummy. Through my cooking I strive to bring happiness to everyone I serve, using the healthiest and freshest ingredients. I ensure that each prepared dish has that special touch and is filled with my love and passion that your tummy will be thankful for.

Delivery

All food orders for meal prep are delivery only

Fee:$20.00 up to 7 miles add addition $1.00 per mile after that

If you have any allergies please let us know when ordering.

All orders must be in by Sunday to be added to the delivery roster for the following week. MENUS change ever Thursday for the following week. Will not be taking last minute orders since we do get a lot of orders and it will be difficult to fit you in the schedule.

Are you looking for someone to provide the food at your next event? No party is to small we do it all! Let us know when you want to start planning the perfect meal for a business lunch, lady's luncheon, baby shower, cocktail reception, or even just a intimate dinner for two.

PRICING

Pricing is billed Per Person and is scaled based on menu selections Client can choose between Individually Plated Entrees, Family Style or Catering Including in the fee: Serving Ware: Family Style Bowls and Platters or Chafing Dishes The Chef shops, prepares, serves and cleans up work area once meal is served

In today's world of fast food, eating well can be difficult. Don't worry we can help you with that. Let us help you and improve your eating habits by making a menu tailored to your needs. Lets get together so we can work on a plan that's just right for you and your lifestyle.

THE SUMMERVILLE EXPERIENCE

This is a private dinning experience that will send your taste buds into a new dimension, This will consist of a menu as shown on the catering menu any SUBSTITUTES pls inquiry ( Anything with more than 10pp will be considered a catering event) You get a appetizer or passing, Main Coarse, and dessert.. Also, Wine or Champagne & flowers are included Prices will vary based on market value of meats/seafood.

Prices Start at $500 and up*

*again depending on Market value of meat/seafood*

50% deposit is due at time of booking and the rest is due 48hrs prior to the day of event.

Any cancellations less than 48hrs prior to the event will forfeit any deposits made.
